Falcon’s Flight Begins Testing

This isn’t a click bait video with a misleading thumbnail. Lift Hills and Thrills actually received official footage from the park that he could share on his channel.

If you can’t load the video, it shows both the initial drop and the first launch moment(which also occurs on the first drop) and then the ride vehicle goes up over the first hill (which is taller than 99% of coasters in the world!). Later on in the video, the ride vehicle can be seen going through some turns and curves.

This thing is going to be a BEAST. That launch down the first drop section is incredible.

In case you weren’t aware, this is going to be the tallest, fastest, and longest rollercoaster in the world and it will be located in Qiddiya, Saudia Arabia at the Six Flags Qiddiya park. If you havn’t yet, join our Six Flags Qiddiya group, Click Here.

I think this coaster will dominate the news cycle for quite a bit when it opens.

Alpenfury Opens to Rave Reviews!

Alpenfury opened recently at Canada’s Wonderland and it has exceeded expectations. There are tons of reviews out there so I’ll just link a few.

XscreamThrills: Describes the ride as butter smooth and that the moment the train leaves the station it is ‘balls to the wall crazy’

A reddit thread has some users describing it as the best rollercoaster in the world.

I have no gotten to ride this yet and probably won’t until next year, but from what I can tell, Premiere Rides seem to have built a monster of a ride that will probably change Top 10 coaster lists for many a rollercoaster enthusiast.

Fast and Furious Rollercoaster Begins Pull Through

UniversalDisneyFan on Tiktok has taken some videos of the Fast n Furious rollercoaster doing a pull through test on the track. A pull through test is when the coaster gets manually pulled through a ride to make sure clearances are good and that nothing else is going wrong with the ride without it going through the circuit at speed. Check out his video here.

What does this mean? well, we should see the first test run of this coaster in a few weeks as long as the engineers didn’t find anything wrong with the pull through test. If the test runs of the ride go well, then we should get the park to eventually confirm when the ride will open.

This ride will be soooo much better than the fast n furious attraction we have in Orlando. That ride is pretty much the laughing stock of any universal orlando fan.

Last week we asked whats the most you’ll spend on a theme park trip. Most people said $2000-$3000. Some said $3000-$6000 but no one said $6000 or more. The two options ‘Up to $500’ and ‘$501-$2000’ tied on responses.

Legoland California Announces New Roller Coaster

Legoland California announced a brand new space rollercoaster set to open in 2026. This is just as rumors/leaks have predicted. It will be a full indoor rollercoaster and will be the parks first new coaster in 20 years! There will be two other space themed rides in the area and even an astronaut play area for kids!

If you’ve ever been a fan of the Space themed lego sets, this will be the perfect area for you.

I think both legoland parks in California and Florida have been suffering lately from a lack of innovation and new rides. There needs to be more hype around them in order to get new visitors. Hopefully this new land opening up in California will be a strong driver of attendance!

Walt Disney Animatronic Revealed

This new animatronic will be housed in the same theater as the Great moments with Abraham Lincoln show. Initially, ‘Walt Disney - A Magical Life’ will be the only show that is played for the first few months of its opening. But later on, they will alternate performances between this and the Abraham Lincoln show.

I personally don’t feel like this is a game changing animatronic. It’s good but it still seems fake. I was kind of expecting something out of this world to honor Walt Disney. It still looks good but just not great
